Enacting a New Law (Essay Sample) Content: ENACTING A NEW LAWLaw can be defined as a ruling and guideline system which through social institution is enforced to administrate behavior.If I had the power to make a new law, I will pass a law on Criminal Justice. The way African talk and think about criminal justice has been changing spectacularly in the past decade. This Article tries to make sense of the development and present a new structure for the future choice.I chose Criminal Justice since before1990; the legislatures were unenthusiastic to recognize the constitutional rights of the crime casualty, congress had utmost authority for enacting criminal laws but they have never taken any measures to protect the rights of the accused.The accused always have more right, but land in jail often, thatà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s why we have a rapid growth like 50% of prisoners, there is 30% increase in figure of youth being imprisoned as much there is presence of human right watch. The accused always lack the freedom of speech whi ch is liberty to converse without fearing the government restraint.
